The object of this Project is the description, both graphic and documentary, of the necessary documentation for the request for a building license to carry out the construction of a residential building in Benidorm, made up of an urbanized area, a commercial premises, and the building itself, made up of two basement floors, a ground floor and forty-one floors, as well as a terrace floor for the community to enjoy.
The plot of this project corresponds to Action Unit No. 3 delimited by the streets of Vienna and Beijing, located in Benidorm, Alicante.
The plot is located in the Sierra Helada mountain and the building area is concentrated in the lower levels, for the landscape preservation of the surroundings of the mountain range.
